Catechism Teachers Required

SAINT Bridget’s Catechism and Sacramental Classes commence again on Tuesday, February 27.

St Bridget’s is dedicated in nurturing and teaching the Catholic faith to all children, and preparing them to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation, First Eucharist and Confirmation.

We are seeking parishioners who can:-

  • create a positive learning environment,
  • passionate and enthusiastic about teaching the Catholic Faith and Sacraments, in line with the ethos of the Catholic Church,
  • manage positive children’s behaviour,

be an excellent communicator with children as well as with parents.

Working with children and teaching experience will help, but is not necessary, as all lesson plans and material is provided.

Your commitment will be each Tuesday afternoon during school term from 3.45pm  – 5pm, at the church narthex and/or school where classes are held.

The Statutory Working With Children Check will be required.

If you are interested in assisting with the Sacramental Program and would like more information, please contact Edgar D’Souza by email news@stbridgetsgreythorn.org.au
