THE parish community warmly welcomes Fr Kevin Lenehan to the parish as Priest in Residence.
He will celebrate Mass at St Bridget’s on most occasions. Fr Lenehan arrives in the parish next Friday, September 22 and there will be an opportunity to meet him after each Mass at the weekend and at morning tea after the Sunday 10am Mass.
We also welcome Fr Mark Reynolds who has been appointed the Parish Priest of St 
Bridget’s as well as being the Parish Priest at Surrey Hills and Wattle Park.
Fr Mark will reside at Surrey Hills but will be with us here on a regular basis; at least once a week for weekday Mass, and he and Fr Kevin will establish a roster that will enable him to be with us on a weekend every three weeks or so.
Parishioners also sincerely thank Fr Brendan for his spiritual guidance, leadership and support in administering the parish over the last five months. We wish Fr Brendan well in his ministry in the Dandenong parish.
