Impressed by the fact that he is a man of letters, erudite and clear. Bewildered by his description, in part correct, that the United States is the singular power to guarantee an &#8220;international rules based order&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>This was just after Oxfam, among others, had published statistics that noted 1 per centof the world&#8217;s population owned over 50 per cent of the world&#8217;s wealth. Elsewhere, one newsfeed had 62 people controlling over half the world&#8217;s wealth!!<\/p>\n<p>And that the gap between the rich and poor was skewed and increasing.
